第二，应该放什么鱼？

9.可能有些师兄会质疑我们的做法，因为天鹅是国家保护动物，认为应该上报公安或者林业部门处理。我在网上发表了《无辜的獾》这篇文章后，有这样一个帖子。我只想说以下几点:

10.我们已经放生多年，跟相关职能部门和各种野生动物贩子打过交道。你能想到的，n年前人们就想到了，但为什么这种情况会反复出现？这里情况很复杂，水很深。你的想法都是好的，都是出于好意，但在现实生活和实际操作中，我只能说“愚蠢幼稚”！
